Givvr — digital gifting made personal
Givvr Inc. is a digital gifting platform. A sender selects a gift value from $1–$100, personalizes the gift, purchases it through Givvr, and shares a secure gift link with the intended recipient. The recipient completes required verification and chooses from eligible third-party merchant rewards.
Stripe processes sender payments. Eligible rewards are fulfilled through third-party reward infrastructure, including Tremendous where applicable. Givvr does not provide a reusable stored balance or general cash-out at launch.
Clear pricing
Senders pay the selected gift value plus a 7% Givvr service fee, subject to a $1 minimum. The gift value, fee, applicable tax, and final USD total are shown before payment. Recipients are not charged a Givvr service fee to redeem.
Cancellation and refunds
Before the recipient intentionally opens the gift and before reward fulfillment begins, an eligible sender may cancel. The gift amount and applicable tax collected by Givvr are returned through the original payment method; the disclosed Givvr service fee is retained. Other payment, fraud, duplicate-charge, and provider issues are reviewed separately.
Support
Givvr support helps with purchases, gift delivery, redemption, refunds, and incorrect or unauthorized charges.
Terms of Service
Givvr provides a digital gifting platform. Eligibility, product availability, reward options, and transaction limits may vary by platform, location, provider, and applicable requirements. Givvr may review, delay, restrict, or cancel activity involving suspected misuse, fraud, unauthorized payment activity, security concerns, provider limitations, or legal requirements.
Privacy Policy
Givvr processes information needed for accounts, authentication, payments, gift delivery, recipient verification, reward fulfillment, personalization, security, support, and legal records. Privacy requests can be sent to Givvr support, and the requester may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Gift and redemption information
Givvr is not a reusable stored-value account and does not offer general cash-out at launch. A recipient intentionally opens a secure gift link, completes any required verification, and selects from eligible merchant rewards, subject to provider availability and applicable terms.
