1. Provider status and roles
Production gift card fulfillment has not launched. Tremendous is Givvr's intended provider, pending explicit approval of the use case and production integration. This notice does not imply approval or endorsement. The rules below govern merchant cards when offered through an authorized integration.
Givvr handles the gift purchase, access flow and purchase support. A fulfillment provider arranges delivery; the selected merchant or issuer provides and honors its card. These roles do not remove Givvr's own obligations or mandatory consumer rights.
2. Merchant cards only
Eligible choices depend on the full gift value, supported denominations, USD currency, U.S. geography and availability. A $1 gift minimum does not mean every merchant accepts $1. A choice must support the full value; we do not reduce it to fit a card or create a remainder balance.
Givvr does not offer cash or bank transfers, peer-to-peer payouts, general-purpose prepaid cards, cryptocurrency, a wallet or reusable stored balance. Mandatory cash-redemption rights remain available where applicable.
3. Review before confirming
Review the merchant, amount, locations, permitted uses, delivery method, material fees or lawful deadlines, and linked merchant or issuer terms before confirming. Selection can become final once issuance occurs. A provider may collect additional information directly during redemption under its own privacy notice. Phone verification through Givvr is separate from provider verification.
Any Tremendous recipient terms presented in an authorized redemption flow and the selected issuer's lawful terms apply as disclosed. A corporate or platform-client agreement is not automatically imposed on consumers; additional end-user terms will be incorporated only as explicitly required by Tremendous for the agreed arrangement.
4. Protect your card and seek help
Keep gift links, card codes and redemption links private. Contact support@givvr.app for purchase, fulfillment or inaccessible-link problems; issuer-specific questions may be routed to the issuer. Lawful product terms can differ, but nothing here waives gift principal, mandatory expiration or cash-redemption rights, or unclaimed-property duties. Read our Refund Policy, Terms and Privacy Policy.
