1. About Givvr and these Terms
Givvr Inc., a Delaware corporation, operates givvr.app and the Givvr gift service. These Terms govern use of the website and gifts when offered, together with our Refund Policy and Reward Terms. Our Privacy Policy describes information handling. Purchase terms must be presented for acceptance before a paid transaction.
Contact support@givvr.app or write to Givvr Inc., 24603 Via Tecolote, Calabasas, CA 91302, United States.
2. Service availability
The website and evaluation features are available. Production merchant gift card fulfillment has not launched. Tremendous is the intended provider, subject to its explicit approval of Givvr's use case and production access. Test gifts and sandbox rewards are simulations, not spendable value. The purchase and redemption provisions below apply when the paid gift service is offered; publishing them does not activate that service or imply provider endorsement.
3. Eligibility
Senders and recipients must be at least 18, legally able to contract, and residents of one of the 50 U.S. states or Washington, D.C. Purchasers must also be physically in those states or D.C. at checkout. U.S. territories and purchases from outside that area are excluded. Provide truthful eligibility information. An age checkbox is a declaration; phone verification establishes access to a number, not verified age or identity.
4. Purchase and delivery
Gift values are $1–$100 USD, subject to lower security, account and product limits shown before purchase. New accounts currently have a $50 gift limit for their first 24 hours. The sender pays the gift value plus a 7% service fee, rounded up to the next cent with a $1 minimum, and any applicable tax shown at checkout. The fee does not reduce the recipient's gift value. Review the recipient, gift, fee, tax and total before authorizing payment through Stripe.
The sender shares a secure gift link with the intended recipient. Givvr does not send gift-notification SMS. Share links privately and report misdirected or compromised links promptly. Recovery depends on the transaction's status and applicable rights.
5. Opening and redemption
The recipient follows the access and requested phone-verification steps, deliberately opens the gift, and chooses an eligible third-party merchant gift card through the authorized redemption flow. For paid gifts, deliberate opening means the intended recipient's affirmative Open Gift action, not a page load, preview or automated scan. Opening and reward issuance are separate events. See the Refund Policy for cancellation rules.
Givvr's paid gift offering is limited to merchant gift cards. It offers no cash transfer, cash-out feature, bank payout, Visa or other general-purpose prepaid card, cryptocurrency, wallet, reloadable account or reusable stored balance. Mandatory cash-redemption rights for an issued merchant card are preserved.
By affirmatively requesting a verification code after accepting the SMS disclosure, you consent to receive a one-time transactional security code from Givvr through Twilio at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. This consent is for verification, not marketing; message frequency depends on your requests and retries. For assistance or to withdraw consent, stop requesting codes or contact support@givvr.app. Where the sender supports replies, reply HELP for help or STOP to stop messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for information handling.
6. Acceptable use and content
Do not commit fraud, use stolen payment details, impersonate others, take someone else's gift, evade security or eligibility rules, launder funds, evade sanctions, gamble, conduct unauthorized resale, pay wages, or facilitate unlawful goods or services. Do not submit illegal, infringing, abusive or malicious content or use gifts to harass someone.
You retain your content and give Givvr and its service providers permission to host, process and display it as needed for your gift and service operation. Supply only content you have the right and permission to share. Givvr may restrict access or investigate misuse; doing so does not confiscate gift principal or remove mandatory refund or unclaimed-property rights.
7. Changes and legal rights
Merchant availability and uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Givvr remains responsible for its own obligations and purchase support. Material changes will receive notice where required and a revised effective date. Completed transactions remain governed by the terms accepted for them, subject to mandatory law. These Terms apply prospectively and do not retroactively replace an earlier accepted agreement.
Nothing here waives nonwaivable consumer rights, mandatory expiration or cash-redemption protections, gift principal or unclaimed-property obligations. Contact support to resolve a service or transaction problem.
